Representation, development, and community at every level
When you join NAPS, you become part of a network of professional advocates who work on your behalf at the postal facility level, within national leadership, and even in Congress. You gain access to the Disciplinary Defense Fund (DDF), which offers legal advocacy for eligible members facing removals, reductions in grade, or debt claims.
As a member, you’ll receive timely updates on legislation and postal policy, invitations to training seminars and branch events, and opportunities to connect with peers across our region. By combining your voice with others, we strengthen NAPS’ influence and create a more unified, empowered workplace.
